Antique wooden bobbins are becoming very desirable for use as decorations in the home. They can be carved, painted or decorated with woodburning tools. These make great craft show items or they can also be given as gifts that will be cherished and handed down from generation to generation. These bobbins have been recovered from old textile mills that are either being modernized or shut down completely. We offer several different styles to match any project you have in mind. Most of these bobbins have been turned from hard maple and they carve well with either sharp hand tools or power tools. The possibilities for these items are endless.
