These are inexpensive cutters designed for cutting all soft materials such as soft wood, soapstone or plastics, and are ideal for the beginning carver working on small projects. They produce a fine finish and are available in a shank size of 3/32 inch. They can be operated safely at speeds up to 35,000 r.p.m. and can be used in most grinders.
