Switching collets can sometimes be a pain. Use the collet reducer to quickly change between bit shank sizes. When you want to use a 1/16" shank bit simply slide this reducer into your 1/8" collet. The collet will now fit the 1/16" bit. With this collet reducer never again waste time changing collets.
