MEDIUM COMBO STICK TIP

I have used this tip for all the canes and walking sticks I make. Since these are "high end" inlaid canes nothing less in quality and appearance will do. Yes they're great for hiking staffs and walking sticks, but for a cane user in snowy or icy conditions these are wonderful. My clients can't get over the class these add to a cane and the simple usefulness of the spike for bad weather. It sure helps eliminate that "Look'it me, I'm handicapped" appearance of pharmacy tips. One client confided to me that it also adds a sense of security at night. Nobody in their right mind would come up on a person with a three foot "sticker". First time user of this type tip and could not be more pleased. I used pocket knife to shape end but be sure to go slowly and check often. No instructions for size of bit to use but 13/64th is correct size. Be sure to drill a small pilot hole first. I applied epoxy cement to wood tip before placing brass cone and also around screw threads for extra strength. This is an excellent tip that adds beauty as well as functionality to any cane or hiking stick. From now on, this will be the only tip I will continue to use. (Posted on 1/25/11)

When I spoke with paul on the phone I questioned him to death about the tip. He assured me of the quality. After I received it and placed it on the walking staff, everyone that saw it started asking for an order of my walking staffs!!!!
