Pushing tools by hand is not always the most efficient method of controlled cutting, especially when carving large projects or denser hardwoods. These Flexcut(tm) mallet tools have tough ash handles and can be driven with a mallet or by hand. They are handcrafted with the same Flexcut(tm) quality and razor edge and are honed and polished, ready to use. We recommend using the Razorsharp edgemaking system to sharpen these tools.
