Right Hand Mora Hook Knife

The Right Hand Mora Hook Knife has been manufactured in Mora Sweden since 1891.  The blade is made from Swedish stainless steel and hardened to an Rc 59 with a tang that extends the full length of the handle for the greatest durability. This hook knife is fantastic for bowl and spoon makers. The Double Bevel Mora Hook Knife can be used by both right and left-handed carvers for both a push and a pull stroke. The Right Hand Mora Knife can be drawn towards the user with the right hand or left-handed users can use the same knife with more of a push stroke. The overall length of these tool are about 6 1/4" with an oiled birchwood handle.
